2010 Swim Schedule

New Jersey's state parks, forests and recreation areas open their lakes and beaches for swimming,
offering a refreshing way to cool off this summer.

Swimming is only permitted when lifeguards are on duty from 10 am to 6 pm.

Atsion Recreation Area (Wharton State Forest):Open daily.
Bass River State Forest: Open daily. Closed September 2 & 3.
Belleplain State Forest: Open daily.
Cheesequake State Park: Open daily.
High Point State Park: Open daily.
Hopatcong State Park: Open daily.
Island Beach State Park: Open daily.
Parvin State Park: Open daily. Closed September 2.
Ringwood State Park (Shepherd Lake):Open daily.
Round Valley Recreation Area: Open daily.
Spruce Run Recreation Area: Open daily. Swimming area is closed for the season.
Stokes State Forest: Open daily. Closed on August 30 through Sept 3.
Swartswood State Park: Open daily.
Wawayanda State Park: Open daily.
